SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO

 

 

All shipping and delivery only occurs when we have fully received the payment.

 

SHIPPING USING AN INDEPENDENT CARRIER - DOMESTIC THAILAND

 

We currently offer two shipping options to the domestic Thailand:

 

- Standard Ground 3-6 Business Days

- Express 2-3 Business Days

 

Overnight shipments are processed Monday to Friday to between 10am-5pm excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next day.

 

All products purchased are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, LANTERN & LIGHTING ART LTD., PART. Title to the products purchased, as well as the risk of loss/stolen/missing parcels for such products, passes to you when LANTERN & LIGHTING ART LTD., PART. delivers these items to the carrier. After which we, however, will ensure to provide a tracking number and delivery confirmation to every purchase made.

 

All shipping fees or additional fees that may incur outside of LANTERN & LIGHTING ART LTD., PART. are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

IN-HOUSE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SERVICE - DOMESTIC THAILAND

 

We also provide our in-house delivery and installation service within Thailand free of charge upon request and availability when purchasing exceeds:

 

30,000 THB for Bangkok Metropolitan Region.

100,000 THB for other provinces outside of Bangkok Metropolitan Region.

 

Installation service is for chandeliers, sconces, lamps, and other lighting decors only and can be made only all the electrical circuit and wire are ready/in place for installation on site of the service.

 

It is recommended for the buyer/or a person in charge to be present when the delivery and installation take place as to ensure a smooth transition and guiding of exact place and distance of the product installation.
